We’re The Winner Of AutoTrader’s Digital Excellence Award!

The winners of AutoTrader’s annual Retailer Awards have been announced and we are delighted to receive the award for Digital Excellence. 

Revealed in a virtual ceremony on Friday 23rd October, dealers all over the UK were recognised through a series of award categories by AutoTrader, which is the UK’s largest automotive website. The 18 awards were judged by a panel of experts, taking into consideration how retailers have adapted during these unprecedented times. 

Avalon Motor Company was awarded winner of Digital Excellence in the 100 plus cars category. We were chosen for going above and beyond for our customers, demonstrating best practice on all levels, and providing the best experience for buyers on AutoTrader. 

To say we’re proud is an understatement, especially given the difficulties faced at this current time as we experience a second lockdown across England. We are over the moon that our hard work and efforts haven’t gone unnoticed.

During the second lockdown, we’re having to do things a little bit differently for now. This means that whilst our showroom is temporarily closed, we’re offering sales services over the phone and online. You can reserve and collect your vehicle, or take advantage of our home delivery option too.
