When it comes to the customer experience, Net Promotor is a means by which to measure it. This takes into account customer loyalty and satisfaction, and is calculated by asking customers how likely they’d be to recommend the business in question to their family and friends, on a scale of 0-10.
We’re so proud to say that our Net Promoter score currently sits at 90%, and has done for a fair few months now; that’s great going! For us, this is a real indication that service is excellent at every touch point across the business, from that initial enquiry into a used car, to making the most of our service plans and MOT offers in order to keep it in tip-top condition.

We carefully source and handpick the cars we sell, complete checks to ensure everything is as it should be, and release them onto our forecourt at competitive prices. We only sell cars that we’d be happy to buy ourselves, which is, we believe, the only way that pre-loved cars should be sold.
When it comes to signing on the dotted line, you’ll only be doing so when you’re completely confident that the car is the right choice, and you’re happy with any finance that you’ve decided to take out.
