The COVID-19 pandemic is proving to be a difficult and challenging time for us all. We understand that it is a frustrating time which is why here at Avalon Motor Company, we’re doing everything we can to ensure that your visit to us is as safe and straightforward as possible.
We’re protecting both our customers and staff against COVID-19. Your safety is our number one priority and we’ve been working hard to implement a number of changes in our showroom for your protection.
When you visit us, things will look a little different to usual, but rest assured that you’ll still receive the same high level of service and customer care from our dedicated team here at Avalon. So what changes can you expect during your visit?
Social distancing measures are in place both inside our showroom and outside on the forecourt and you are now required to wear a face mask on site at all times. All of our customer-facing desks have been fitted with transparent shields between our staff and customers and a hand sanitiser station has been installed at the entrance of our showroom.
Our customer areas and work surfaces are disinfected regularly throughout the day and we now stagger appointment times to avoid too many people on site at once.
We’re offering unaccompanied test drives in order to maintain social distancing, so please do bear in mind that there are now some age and license restrictions in place for the time being. If you’re unsure whether you’re eligible for a test drive in one of our vehicles, please contact us for more information.
We will disinfect key areas in our vehicles before and after your test drive, such as the steering wheel, gear stick, handbrake, and door handles. Disposable seat covers and floor mats will also be provided and disposable gloves are available to customers who wish to test drive a vehicle.
