Safeguarding our Customers
Although official Covid lockdown restrictions have recently been lifted, we’re continuing to ask our customers to join us in wearing face masks when visiting the Avalon Motor Company showroom.
By taking this precautionary measure, we’re able to help protect our staff whilst they're in the workplace, our dedicated customers when visiting us, and vulnerable loved ones at home.
The safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers is our ultimate priority at this time. Thank you for your cooperation with our ongoing Covid-19 safeguarding policy.
What are the rules in England?
- There are no longer any restrictions on travel between county to county and around the country. This is good news for our customers from further afield who wish to visit our dealership in beautiful Somerset.
- Limits on how many people can meet have been lifted and the one-metre social distance guidance is no longer in place. This means we can readily welcome you inside without restrictions, however, we still ask that you respect other customer’s space.
- Face coverings are no longer mandatory, but as explained above, we will still be asking our staff and customers to wear a mask when in the showroom.
- From Monday 16th August, fully vaccinated adults will no longer need to self-isolate after coming into contact with a positive case. Although, we do ask our customers to still be vigilant before visiting us.
