Aftersales is a big part of what we do at Avalon Motor Company, and our busy workshop is fully equipped for MOTs, services, repairs and diagnostics. In fact, when you purchase a vehicle from Avalon Motor Company, we’re proud to offer you FREE MOTs for the lifetime of that vehicle (Ts and Cs apply).
MOTs are a mandatory annual inspection required by law to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, and meets safety and environmental standards. Failure to get an MOT test before the existing MOT expires (or once the third anniversary of a newly bought vehicle arrives) could result in a £1000 fine.
How It Works
Having purchased a qualifying vehicle from us (that’s one that you’ve bought on a retail basis), there will be no charge for your yearly MOTs, providing you have the vehicle serviced with us on an annual basis too. The lifetime element of this offer refers to the length of time that you own the vehicle, and are the registered keeper. The annual service must also be per the manufacturer’s recommendation, and failure to comply with this condition will cancel the agreement.
